SPIE, the international society for optics and photonics, has announced 47 new members to its prestigious Fellows program for 2025. The honorees, from academia, industry, and government, are recognized for their technical achievements and contributions to the optics and photonics fields. This year’s distinguished Fellows include leaders like Jeremy Voss (Michigan Technological University), Sona Hosseini (Jet Propulsion Laboratory), and Jess Wade (Imperial College London). The Fellows will be celebrated at upcoming SPIE symposiums. SPIE, founded in 1955, has supported the optics community with over $25 million in resources and initiatives in the past five years.
