“Losing Judgment,” the film in which Venezuelan comedian Marko has a leading role, broke sales records upon its release and came in second at the box office after “Dead Pool.”
“It is the romantic comedy that the Latin market needed, a film specially made for the public that likes romanticism in the cinema. It is a story full of romance, mixed with comedy. A story that invites reflection and talks about the importance we are giving to time in our lives,” explained Marko.
The film tells the story of two successful lawyers, Mara and Mateo, each in different cities of the country. They are hired by a wealthy couple who want to get a divorce, so they clash from the first time they meet.
The film was shot in the Dominican Republic and was executive produced by Zumaya Cordero and Gregory Quinn of Caribbean Films, directed by Frank Perozo and written by Kendy Yanoreth.
The film stars Julian Gil, Shalim Ortiz, Clarissa Molina, Cheddy Garcia, Charytin Goyco, Aquiles Correa, Kenny Grullon, Barbara Plaza and Tiby Camacho, among others.
“Losing Judgment” premiered in theaters in the Dominican Republic and will soon arrive in Puerto Rico, Aruba, St. Maarten, St. Thomas, St. Croix, St. Kitts, Antigua, St. Lucia, the United States, Panama, Guatemala, Canada and Venezuela.
Recently, Marko’s La Nave Podcast won the Heat Latin Music Awards in the category of Best Platform Content, held at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana.
