Recognized for its excellent corporate culture, employee-focused attitude and high quality of work environment
COSTA MESA, Calif.-Experian North America has been recognized by Fortune magazine ‘s prestigious ranking of “Best Workplaces in Technology” for 2024. The honor recognizes Experian’s high-level workplace culture that fosters innovation, inclusion and equity, and promotes employee wellness, growth and career advancement.
To determine this year’s Top 100 list, Fortune partnered with human resources analytics firm Great Place to Work® to survey more than 870,000 employees and collect data from companies representing more than 6.1 million employees. The survey allowed employees to provide confidential feedback about their organization’s culture by answering 60 questions, which were then aggregated to rate a great employee experience based on high levels of trust, respect and authenticity.
“This recognition reflects the hard work our team members put into leveraging advanced technology to solve complex problems for our customers and the continuous improvements we make to build a stronger, more connected workplace,” said Jennifer Schultz, CEO of Experian North America. ” This honor is a testament to Experian’s commitment to our employees and their needs, both in and out of the workplace . “
Experian has been recognised in the Large Workplace category, with feedback provided by employees in the Great Place to Work survey being a major factor in the recognition.
This recognition marks the third notable achievement won by Experian in the past two months, with Experian ‘s Sentinel™ Commercial Entity Fraud Suite also winning silver in the Best Know Your Customer/Business (KYC/KYB) Innovation category by Datos Insights and ranking seventh in the IDC FinTech Rankings 2024, marking its third consecutive year in the top 10.
Experian has been recognized as one of AnitaB.org’s “Best Workplaces for Women in Tech” since 2017 and is one of Forbes’ “Best Workplaces in Tech” in the U.S. Experian also supports organizations such as AfroTech, Grace Hopper, Lesbians Who Tech and Out In Tech to promote the hiring of diverse talent.
