The creator of works for Christina Aguilera, Ricardo Montaner, Camilo, Thalía, Prince Royce and Marc Anthony and the two-time Latin Grammy nominee sing about life together, despite the adversities along the way.

Songwriters and singers Jorge Luis Chacín and Diana Fuentes joined their voices in the new single “La vida es buena” to show that, despite the adversities along the way, life is much better if we are together.

“Life is Good” is the gift from both artists to Latinos, who will soon celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month.

“The main idea was to make a song that reflects how important it is to share the highlights of life with someone special. It is a blessing to have friends, family and loved ones in this journey, which sometimes becomes hostile,” said Chacín, creator of great works for stars such as Christina Aguilera, Ricardo Montaner, Camilo, Thalía, Prince Royce, CNCO and Marc Anthony.

In “Life is Good,” composed by both in collaboration with Félixandro Reyes, percussionist, singer and composer Manny Swag participates.

“In this live version, the chanteo was written by the great Manny Swag, who gave the song a special and more island-like touch,” said Chacín, considered one of the most complete Latin American musicians, with a fusion of Latin, Venezuelan and Afro-descendant rhythms. He has been nominated 12 times for the Latin Grammys.

In addition to those already mentioned, Chacín’s songs have been selected by different artists for their record productions, including Gilberto Santa Rosa, Diego Torres, Ricardo Arjona, Víctor Manuelle, Becky G, Naty Peluso & Niki Nicole.

Diana Fuentes is one of the best kept secrets in Latin music. Winner of two gold and platinum records, two Latin Grammy nominations in the Song of the Year category in 2017 (“La Fortuna”) and 2021 (“Si Tenías querer”), performed by Pablo Alborán. “La Fortuna,” with Puerto Rican singer-songwriter Tommy Torres, and “La vida me cambie,” with Gente De Zona, reached positions 29 on Billboard’s Latin Pop Songs and 10 on Tropical Songs. In 2023, she launched her own label OGBE Music.

Jorge Luis Chacín and Diana Fuentes met at the studio of maestro Julio Reyes Copello, and have been connected ever since. “We had wanted to write together, but it took a while until we planned the reunion. And that day this beautiful song full of light and good vibes was born,” Chacín added.
