(OTCPink: JFWV), the holding company of Jefferson Security Bank, announced that the Board of Directors declared a common stock dividend of $1.20 per share at its August 21, 2024 meeting. The cash dividend is payable on September 13, 2024 to shareholders of record on September 2, 2024. This dividend is consistent with the previous semi-annual dividend and results in an annual dividend of $2.40 per share in 2024, representing an increase of $0.10 per share or 4.3% from $2.30 per share in 2023.
