LAS VEGAS-CES — Neural Concept, the leading end-to-end 3D AI platform that transforms product development and design with “Engineering Intelligence,” today announced its partnership with OPmobility, a global leader in sustainable mobility and technology partner to OEMs. Neural Concept and OPmobility will unveil a range of AI-powered automotive innovations from their partnership at OPmobility’s booth (West Hall) at CES 2025 in Las Vegas (Jan. 7-10).

The partnership with Neural Concept has enabled OPmobility to integrate generative 3D AI into its product development process, accelerating the automotive innovation process, improving design robustness, and reducing both costs and time to market.

More than 70 OEMs and Tier 1 automotive, consumer electronics, aerospace, and microelectronics companies including Bosch, LG Electronics, General Electric, and Subaru rely on Neural Concept’s platform to shorten end-to-end product development times by up to 75%, accelerate simulations by up to 10x their original times, and improve multi-physics features such as efficiency, safety, acoustics, and aerodynamics by up to 30%.

Product development teams from multiple OPmobility business units now leverage Neural Concept’s platform to embed “Engineering Intelligence” into their engineering process. This integration enables them to deliver advanced design solutions tailored to complex automotive challenges. One example of an AI-driven product innovation that will be demonstrated by OPmobility at CES 2025 is a new fuel tank design for pressurized hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) tanks.

During vehicle acceleration and deceleration, fuel in conventional tanks moves from side to side, causing unwanted noise. Simulating this complex phenomenon in PHEV tanks previously required about 12 hours per design, making it impossible to quickly iterate and design for optimization. With Neural Concept’s 3D AI platform, OPmobility engineers can now simulate and predict 3D acoustic pressure changes and fluid dynamics in seconds instead of days. This capability provides immediate multi-physics insights, streamlining design iterations and optimizing product development. As a result, OPmobility can minimize noise and significantly reduce time to market.

Pierre Baqué, CEO and co-founder of Neural Concept commented: “We are excited to announce this collaboration with OPmobility at CES, the world’s premier gathering for product innovations. OPmobility uses Neural Concept’s end-to-end generative 3D AI platform to put Engineering Intelligence at the core of its product innovations, rapidly simulating complex multi-physical attributes and making data-driven design decisions at speed and scale. Integrating AI into all aspects of product design is the new competitive advantage for OEMs and Tier 1 companies. It is also key to solving global challenges with safer, more efficient and more sustainable products.”

Neural Concept is an official CES 2025 exhibitor and will be demonstrating the next developments of its platform in an official CES meeting room at The Venetian (Jan 7-10). To request an invitation, please contact ariane.grandjean@neuralconcept.com .
