HONGQI EH7 and EHS7: Amazing Performance in Media Driving Test

PARIS-HONGQI held a new vehicle test drive event for European media in Paris, France, inviting more than ten representatives from mainstream automotive media such as Agence France Presse, Le Journal de L’Auto, Auto Bild and Motor1 to experience the outstanding styling of the EH7 and EHS7. At the event, Mr. Liu Hongtao, General Manager of HONGQI Overseas, introduced HONGQI and the new EH7 and EHS7 models. Giles Taylor , Global Vice President of Design and Creative Director of China FAW Group Company Limited, also introduced the aesthetic design of the vehicles.

Several media outlets were impressed by the driving experience of the EH7 and EHS7. Equipped with an electric drive system with a maximum power of 455 kW and a torque of 756 Nm, the two new vehicles accelerate quickly and deliver smooth power, making it easier to drive on various road conditions. The suspension systems of the two new vehicles have been carefully tuned, and the “iDCS self-adjusting continuous damping shock absorbers” can effectively filter out road vibrations. The media commented on the smoother handling they felt while driving.

The EH7 and EHS7 feature spacious interiors and high-quality seat configurations to fully enhance driving comfort. The unique design and outstanding interior quality of the two new models have also been widely recognized by the media.

In terms of technological features, both models are equipped with an Intelligent Driving Assistance System and a 63-inch rear HUD. The media was also able to test the range of both models in action. The EH7 and EHS7 offer class-leading ranges of 655 km and 600 km respectively, allowing for worry-free long-distance travel.

The test drive event not only allowed European media to better understand HONGQI and its latest products, but also laid a solid foundation for HONGQI’s future development in the European market. In the future, HONGQI will continue to provide better travel experiences for global consumers with quality products and services.

As the 2024 Paris Motor Show approaches, HONGQI will also showcase the EH7 and EHS7 at the event. It is reported that at the launch of the show, HONGQI will announce the order opening and related policies for the EH7 and EHS7 in France.
