CareMax Reaches Agreements to Sell Management Services Organization and Core Centers’ Assets

CareMax, Inc. has announced its entry into agreements for selling its management services organization (MSO) and core clinic assets under a prearranged Chapter 11 restructuring plan supported by its secured lenders. The MSO, serving approximately 80,000 Medicare beneficiaries, will be acquired by Revere Medical, while the clinic assets are subject to a stalking horse bid and auction process. CareMax has secured $30.5 million in debtor-in-possession financing to maintain operations and ensure uninterrupted patient care during restructuring. The transactions aim to preserve value, maintain service continuity, and support CareMax’s transition.
